HOW TO USE: 

For a sheer, brightening effect on the skin, apply Pure Light Brightening Powder all over the face with the delilah Large Powder Brush. 

For a more highlighted effect, apply with the Angled Contour Brush to the high points of the face, cheekbones, temples, bridge of the nose and the tip of the chin.
