Your order, once received will be checked by salon staff, to check we have your full order in stock, we will then check your payment via Paypal. Your order will then be prepared in Salon which is located in Bridgnorth, Shropshire.

An order can only be sent to one address, if you require sending orders to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address.

Your order will be dispatched in 1-3 working days, please check website to see if the salon is closed at all as this will affect dispatching of your order.

Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail and will require a signature upon delivery, we will have a tracking receipt so please contact us should you have any queries.

 Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.

● If you require a product replacement because of an error (product damaged, faulty texture, fragrance or allergy, wrong product shipped, faulty device/container product) please send us back your products within 30 days of  delivery. We will refund the cost of standard return delivery and send you a replacement order with free delivery .

● If you require a full refund of your order because of an error (product damaged, faulty texture, fragrance or allergy, wrong product shipped, faulty device/container product) please send us back your products within 30 days of  delivery . We will give you a full refund, including the delivery costs - provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition.

 ● For the return of an order with a faulty texture/fragrance/allergy, please notify us immediately by calling us on 01746 768035 or by e-mail at info@beautybenefits.co.uk and we will explain to you how to return your products to our salon. 

We cannot accept items back that have been opened or used unless the product is damaged or defective.

This policy is only applicable to purchases made online at www.beautybenefits.co.uk.

Please note that you must retain proof of postage for all returns.

Your return request will be processed promptly.
